This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Green Web Institute online store are processed and delivered.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. The dispatch location can vary by product and may differ from our business contact address.
- We email an order confirmation and provide tracking information when the order ships.
- Large, custom, or freight items may need additional preparation. We will contact you with an estimated ship date.
Destinations and Shipping Costs
Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before ordering. We do not promise free shipping unless an offer says so.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard orders typically arrive 7–20 business days after shipment, depending on the product, destination, and carrier. A product-specific estimate shown on the product page or at checkout applies to that item.
- Large or freight items are quoted individually.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing can affect transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Tracking and Delivery Problems
Use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation. If tracking has not arrived within 5 business days after your order, or your package is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your order number. For damage or incorrect items, include photos where possible.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we will try to help, but changes may not be possible after shipment.
